In Loving Memory
Yarker, Ontario
Date of loss: November 7, 2023

In memory and honour of my sister Angela. My protector when we were little (being just a year and a week apart), the keeper of my memories.
Angela was an amazing big sister, who protected me while growing up. Although she was only a year and a week older she was lightyears wiser and always ensured I was safe along with our younger sister. We fought as siblings do over small stuff like borrowing each other's clothes, but we always made up and family came first. She paved the path for us by doing all the first's and we had the benefit of learning through her. She was calm and quiet where I was wild and loud and I still feel lost some days knowing she is not around. I miss her terribly and it is still so raw and painful knowing she is not here and is missing all her children's first's and not continuing to share her life with her amazing husband. My sister was an amazing high school teacher who devoted her life to children and making their lives better. She ran marathon's, was a big dog lover and was also a vegan; she took good care of herself physically and was always trying to better herself. ALS is horrible and there is no one who deserves its wrath.
