My brother Randy Lynds was diagnosed with ALS in July 2012. From the day he was diagnosed to the day he passed away he was never alone. Either a family member or friend was with him every day. He was never forgotten. He had such dignity and humour. I can only wish to be as accepting and humble as he was as he faced his inevitable death. He would joke with everyone and impart his wisdom with us one on one. He made sure we would all be ok. He was truly special and he passed away December 14, 2013 leaving a big hole in our lives but a smile on our faces.
