ALS Disrupt provides a unique experience within the global ALS ecosystem that brings key opinion leaders together to have candid conversations on important and timely topics in front of an audience, rather than in individual conversations, with the goal of collectively tackling complex issues and exploring novel solutions. ALS Disrupt will bring the important, serious discussions the field needs into a fun, collegial atmosphere, with the goal of accelerating impact toward a world free of ALS.

Dates: April 28 – 30, 2027
Location: Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, Downtown Toronto, 123 Queen St W, M5H 2M9

Registration for ALS Disrupt 2027 will open soon.

Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage you to book early to secure your spot at this unique event that brings together global leaders in ALS research and care.

Due to the scientific nature of the discussions and content, this event is designed specifically for researchers, clinicians, and professionals working in the ALS field. It is not intended for a lay audience.

We recognize the importance of patient representation in shaping the future of ALS research and care. A small number of people affected by ALS will be present by invitation only, ensuring their voices are heard.
