A Celebration of the Hip for ALS

They’re honoring the iconic Canadian band, The Tragically Hip, while raising awareness and support for ALS Canada. Run for Lisa

Background: Dr. Bertolo and her family are at it again! The annual Spartan Race for Lisa is just around the corner. After losing her sister in 2020 Monica and family honour her memory by raising funds for ALS Canada.
The Ultimate Hot Sauce Challenge for ALS in Honour of Chris Ford
Location: Gatineau, QC
Background: Join in to honour good friend, retired Brigadier General Chris Ford, with a fiery twist inspired by the hit streaming show Hot Ones! Watch as Craig Senior and Sylvain Auffret brave the gauntlet of 10 increasingly intense hot sauces while answering sizzling questions from fearless host, Jen Collins! Expect laughs, sweat, and maybe a few tears – all for a great cause.
Toronto Waterfront Marathon

Background: The TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon is Canada’s premier running event and the grand finale of the Canada Running Series. Since 2017, the race has served as the Athletics Canada National Marathon Championships and has doubled as the Olympic Trials.
